a romantic escape..

great location helpful staff amazing view

The location was fantastic. We discovered a supermarket just across the street, perfect for gathering supplies for our little kitchen in the room. the staff seemed very kind and helpful, especially with directions. our room upgrade to the 19th floor gave us a amazing view. It was like we were on top of the world.

the reception offered assistance with luggage storage, and the staff provided directions to nearby attractions. i did notice the staff were genuinely kind and willing to help with our requests. they managed our inquiries with grace and speed.

our superior studio had a comfortable bed and basic cooking facilities. we had a 4k tv equipped with hdmi, coupled with a soundbar and subwoofer for great entertainment. the cleanliness met my standards.

broken lamp dirty carpet

The room lighting was anything but cozy. Think cold, white, and fluorescent. One of the bedside lamps was broken. The room also wasn't super clean. There was some hair in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. I also found it bizarre that even though there were power outlets next to the bed, there were no nightstands to put a phone or glasses on. I had to put them on the dirty carpet.
